30-Day Trial - Money-Back Guarantee

We want you and your little one to love your Nuvyli activity book. If it isn't the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Conditions

• You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
• The product can have been used during the trial, but it must be sent back complete and undamaged.
• To start a return, email us at dborni@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a return request first can't be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and original shipping costs are not refunded. If your product arrived damaged or defective, contact us with a photo and we'll cover the return or send a replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
